Green Party Constituency Spokesperson for Ashford, Kent.
Steven Campkin was born and raised in Ashford and has seen many changes in the town.
He has worked for Wastenot Recycling (now Viridor) and Cookson's, volunteered at the RSPCA Cattery in Station Road and currently works for the PDSA, New Rents, Ashford.
Steve joined Greenpeace at age 28, the Green Party at age 30 and stood as candidate for Ashford central at the local elections in 2009. He also campaigns locally for Animal Rights.
During the campaign for the local and European elections Steve volunteered to stand as parliamentary candidate in his hometown of Ashford.
